Montreal – Montreal Museum of Fine Arts says that a Pablo Picasso painting that was barbarized by climate activists last month has returned to the performance.
An environmental worker along with the previous generation Canada stained the wash -able paint in 1901 painting The Hatera.
One person was arrested and accused of mischief.
The museum states that the work was covered by protective glass, but the guilding on the frame was damaged and needed to be restored.
The painting is part of the berth well, which is the art dealer of the Parisian avant-garde exhibition.
It will be on performance in Montreal till 7 September.
The museum says that the increase in barbarity motivated it to introduce new safety measures in 2022 including discovering handbags and visitors need to backpack stopacks.
