Brittany Cartwright recently revealed that she fought with Jax Taylor over money after earning more on the show.
During his first appearance at vanderpump rules Four years later, on Tuesday, April 23, Cartwright revealed to his former co-star Scheana Shay that she and Taylor began joking around constantly once she started earning more than him.
She said: “I know that whenever Jax and I went through that period where I was making more money for once, I could tell it was a change for him,” she said.
“We were fighting a lot because of that alone.”
Cartwright explained that being “the breadwinner” caused problems in his relationship.
Speaking to Shay on the subject, she asked if it caused problems in her marriage with Brock Davis, to which she replied “It did.”
Continuing on his answer, Cartwright said: “I think because they’re such macho men, it might be something even if they don’t express it.”
The former Hooters waitress opened up about her relationship with Taylor on Tuesday Vanderpump Rules after show, Admitting that “the roles were reversed” for him.
Adding in the statement, she said: “I was definitely making more money. I can say that hurt Jax’s ego.”
