A body has been discovered during a search for a missing 25-year-old woman from Leeds.

North Yorkshire Police have launched an urgent appeal to find Molly Ann Garbutt’s black Renault Clio, which was found parked on the B6265 near Dibbles Bridge in Hebden at 8am on Wednesday. she.

RAF Mountain Rescue, Upper Wharfedale Fell Rescue Society and a HM Coastguard helicopter were all assisting in the search for Ms Garbutt as police searched the surrounding area.

However, a body was discovered around 3.15pm on Wednesday.

Formal identification has not yet taken place, but Ms Garbutt’s family have been notified and are receiving support from: police.
