Mumbai:
Ahead of the Lok Sabha polls, BJP MP Ashish Sheral met Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and his family and discussed their social work in the areas of healthcare and aiding the needy .
Mr Sheral mentioned his meeting with the Khan family over lunch in a post on X on Sunday.
Writer Salim Khan noted that the Bandra (West) MLA also posted a picture of himself with the actor and his father.
Mumbai BJP said: “It was a pleasure to have lunch with Shri Salim Khan ji, Smt Helen ji, @BeingSalmanKhan and family and discuss their social work in the field of healthcare and assistance to the needy – initiated by Salim ji and titled Twenty years of pursuit with the utmost sincerity,” the chief said in the post.
All six Lok Sabha constituencies in Mumbai will go to polls in the final phase on May 20.
With 48 Lok Sabha seats, Maharashtra ranks second after Uttar Pradesh with 80 seats.
