Jennifer Connelly shares update on highly anticipated ‘Top Gun 3’

Jennifer Connelly is already set for the highly anticipated third installment of Top Gun.
The 53-year-old actress spoke entertainment tonight About his future role in the franchise during the premiere of Dark Matter in Los Angeles.
“I’ll be there. I’m ready,” Connelly said of character Penny Top Gun: Maverick, “We had a great time shooting it. Had fun.”
The 2022 film stars Tom Cruise, Glen Powell, Miles Teller, and other Top Gun stars.
Connelly shared that although he is looking forward to reuniting with his co-stars, he has not yet seen the script for the third film.
“I didn’t see anything,” he said. “I had a casual conversation with my friend Joe Kosinski, who directed it, who I’ve worked with twice now. I am his biggest fan.”
He further added, “I think he is very great. [I talked to him] “About its possibility, but I don’t have any concrete information.”
