As Bigg Boss 17 heads towards its grand finale, the drama inside the house is increasing, with controversies not just limited to the contestants but also spreading to their families. The latest feud involves Mannara Chopra’s sister Mithali Handa and Pavitra Rishta actress Ankita Lokhande. Mitali expresses her disappointment and criticizes Ankita for borrowing clothes from Mannara and then speaking negatively about her publicly during a press conference.

In a now deleted Instagram story, Mithali shared a picture of Ankita wearing a saree for the Bigg Boss press conference. The text on the photo reads, “When Ankita wears the borrowed clothes which I sent for Mannara and Mannara being a kind girl gave it to her so that she looks good for the media interaction where whatever Ankita says is only for It is against Mannara. Salute to Ankita’s relationships. Insensitive person.”

During the press conference, Ankita accused Mannara of teasing her husband Vicky by talking to her during fights. Mannara seemed uncomfortable with the questions about her relationship with Vicky. Ankita further said that Mannara speaks bad about whoever she quarrels with and does not respect her. Comedian Munawar Farooqui seemed to agree with Ankita.

Despite a heated argument, Ankita makes a compassionate attempt to console him. The next day, when Vicky Jain faced eviction, Mannara stood firmly in support of Ankita and was the first one to hug and console her. Their bond continued and they hugged each other consolingly before going to bed, showcasing the complex but resilient relationships within the Bigg Boss 17 house.

This is not the first time that Mithali has called Ankita. Earlier, during the presence of family members on the show, Mithali had accused Ankita of making ‘illegitimate child’ remarks about her sister Mannara. However, Ankita immediately refused to make any such statement, resulting in a clash of viewpoints. Supporting Mithali’s previous claim, a viral video purportedly shows Ankita making derogatory remarks about Mannara. However, evicted contestant Ayesha Khan clarified that these comments were part of a fictional scenario where they were portraying mother-daughter characters for entertainment purposes.

With Vicky’s eviction, Bigg Boss 17 now has the top 5 finalists – Ankita Lokhande, Munawar Faruqui, Abhishek Kumar, Mannara Chopra and Arun Mashetty. The much-awaited grand finale is scheduled for January 28, 2024. The episode is scheduled to start at 6 pm.
