In his State of the Union address, U.S. President Joe Biden urged the Senate to pass a $95 billion foreign aid bill that would provide aid to Ukraine, Indo-Pacific countries and Israel, as well as provide humanitarian relief to Gaza. The bill faces opposition in the Republican-controlled House of Representatives.
