Washington:

President Joe Biden on Thursday sought to distance himself from a Justice Department report that he withheld classified documents before taking office but will not face charges.

“I’m pleased to see them reach the conclusion I always believed they would reach – that there will be no charges in this case and the case is now closed,” Biden said in a statement.
