Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday visited a tea garden near Kaziranga National Park and said tea produced in Assam is sold across the world.

“Assam is famous for its beautiful tea gardens and Assam tea has spread all over the world. I would like to commend the remarkable tea garden community who are working hard to enhance the reputation of Assam across the world. I also urge Tourists visit these tea gardens during their visits to the state,” the Prime Minister posted on X.

He spent two hours at the park on Saturday morning, enjoying the elephant and jeep safari.
