'Arvind Kejriwal is a bad idea': BJP's Sambit Patra attacks AAP's Atishi

New Delhi:

BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra said after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) arrested Delhi Chief Minister and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal in the GST policy case , a high-voltage drama is unfolding outside Arvind Kejriwal’s residence.

He further added, “If I had to describe it in one sentence, then I would say that corruption is being celebrated outside Kejriwal’s official residence.”

Questioning the Kejriwal-led Delhi government, he said: “If their excise policy was so good, why was it withdrawn? Why and how was cartelization introduced in the entire process of liquor procurement?… Why did he put the contract To his government?” Intimate? Initially a commission of 5% was given, which was later increased to 12%, and an additional commission of 7% was even charged in the form of black money. “

He said there was no court in the country that was not used by the AAP to spread lies. Still, they didn’t get any relief from anywhere. “Atish said Arvind Kejriwal is not a person, he is an idea. I should say he is a bad idea,” he added.

Slamming further, he said, “There is no agency that has not investigated the matter. The people of Delhi also know the truth.”

Questioning the Delhi government for ignoring the advice of the Delhi Excise Department, he said: “You were warned not to privatize liquor, why didn’t you listen?”

“Why did you give the contract to a blacklisted company owned by your friend? Backdoor commission was collected in the form of black money,” he added.

Patra said the education ministry and the CBI have statements about the crores of rupees and where the AAP leaders kept the rupees.

He lashed out at Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh, saying Sisodia had been in jail for 14 months. Singh used to give grand speeches. No court granted them relief.

Praising the country’s judiciary, he said, “The courts do their job keeping the facts in mind.”
