Arab ministers stressed the need for an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire in Gaza and “the importance of taking irreversible steps to implement a two-state solution,” SPA added, referring to Israel’s recognition of the Palestinian state.
United Arab Emirates Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan called during the meeting to step up efforts to prevent the expansion of conflicts in the region, the UAE state news agency said on Friday.
