Anti-bullying dance teacher takes teenagers to Cape Town Carnival

A South African who was bullied in high school is celebrating as his dance students take part in the colorful Cape Town Carnival. A recent study found that 10 million teenage students in the Southern African Development Community region have experienced bullying, and the effects can last into adulthood, UNICEF said.
