Anantnag, May 31: In a commendable performance of quick action and dedication, the Anantnag police today successfully saved a trapped passenger vehicle in the Sinthan Top.
A Xylo vehicle bearing registration number JK17-7352, to carrying 08 passengers and a driver, was stuck on the top due to fresh snowfall. A crisis call made by one of the passengers was immediately taken by the police station Laranu.
SHO Larnoo with the police team reached fast and despite challenging the weather and the condition of the area, successfully evacuated all the passengers and the driver for safety.
At this time and coordinated efforts ensured that the trapped persons did not suffer any damage, reflecting the Anantnag Police’s commitment to public safety and emergency response.
