I want to be clear, these are pure (educated) speculation from me. Completely speculation, but I cover these things for a living. I live in this world and I think I have known President Trump well in the last 10 years. I know how he thinks and I know how he works.

So here are my pure speculation about what I think it can play and how do I believe that it is not far away that President Trump can join in the third term.

First of all, I will tell you what I don’t think is an option.

I do not think it is an option to pass words in the 22nd amendment.

There are a lot of speculation going on, stating that Trump’s lawyers are focusing on the language and focusing on the word “elected” in the 22nd Amendment.

The term 22nd amendment is actually quite clear and straightforward.

What do I really think is very simple.

The best and most foolish way to complete this is to amend or cancel the 22nd amendment only.

There is no serious legal argument that it will not work. There is a process for this. We have used that process 27 times to make 27 amendments to the Constitution. It works and it is available.

In fact, the last one is not an old, being passed in 1992.

The problem here is that it is not very likely in our divided modern day Congress, because both Phase 1 Representatives Assembly and Senate have two-thirds of the vote, which is still very difficult.

And then phase 2 state assemblies are approved by three-fourths (currently 38 out of 50 states).

So you can see the challenge.

This is where I see that the grand plan comes in the game….

I always believe that President Trump and the team caught the 2020 election theft in realtime. I believe that the data is safely stored, either with space force or elsewhere.

I believe that President Trump knew that he needed to win 2024 systematically, with the real way, with such a big win that no one could question it.

I believe he knew that the attempt to release data on the theft of 2020 may have fractured our country very soon, so it has not yet disclosed it.

And quite clearly, our country is still quite divided.

But ….
