In a recent speech at the Business, Government & Society Forum 2024, Google CEO Sundar Pichai delved into the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the tech giant’s products. Specifically, he addressed the criticism Google has faced regarding the reactions of its Gemini AI chatbot. Pichai emphasized that high user expectations are the catalyst for Google’s continuous efforts to enhance its products.
