An information technology outage has prompted alaska airlines The airline said on Thursday it was grounding its planes.
The company said in a post on social platform X that it had imposed a “temporary ground stop.” It recommended that travelers check their flight status before heading to the airport.
“We apologize for the inconvenience,” the post said.
The airline did not immediately respond to an email requesting more information.
