Congress has 56 candidates in third list for upcoming Lok Sabha polls

Congress on Thursday announced its third list of 56 candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, which includes Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury from Berhampore, party president Mallikarjun Kharge’s son-in-law Radhakrishna from Gulbarga and former Union minister Sushilkumar Shinde from Solapur Daughter Praniti Shinde.

The Congress party left Sikar constituency in Rajasthan to the Communist Party of India (Marxist).

So far, the party has announced a total of 138 candidates for the Lok Sabha elections.

In the third list, the Congress announced 2 seats in Arunachal Pradesh, 11 in Gujarat, 17 in Karnataka, 7 in Maharashtra and 5 in Rajasthan , 5 seats in Telangana, 8 seats in West Bengal and 1 seat in Puducherry.
