A North Carolina A man who told authorities he murdered his four children and that the bodies were in the trunk of a vehicle at his home has been charged with murder after a sheriff’s deputy found human remains in his garage.

A police cruiser with flashing lights blocked the road leading to Dickens’ address Tuesday afternoon, with Sheriff’s Office and State Bureau of Investigation tents set up across the street.
