In Pinglena, Pulwama district on Thursday, a tragic bike accident claimed a life and another was injured, beyond a festival day.
Officials told GNS that the victims were identified as Umad Nazar, resident of Washbag, Pulwama and Inayat Ahmed Wani, resident of Panchpora, Pulwama.
Both were seriously injured and the district hospital moved to Pulwama. The doctors declared Umaid Nazar dead on arrival, while Inat is receiving treatment for Ahmed Wani.
Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of the incident. (GNS)
