A Danish man inserted 68 matchsticks into his nose, created a Guinness World Record

Peter von Tangen Buskov is the first person to hold this record.

A 39-year-old Danish man has achieved an unusual Guinness World Records (GWR) title after inserting 68 matchsticks into his nose. According to the GWR website, Denmark’s Peter von Tangen Buskov holds the world record for “hosting the most matches in the Nose”. He is the first person to hold this record and he needed to score a minimum of 54 points to earn it. “Surprisingly it didn’t really hurt,” Mr Buskov told GWR. He added, “I have a big nose and very elastic skin. I’m sure that helped a lot.”

According to GWRThe 39-year-old chose the matchstick challenge after thinking about various “fun records” he could possibly achieve. He admitted that the idea was “a bit random” as he had never had the desire to put objects in his nose, even as a child.

Mr Buskov said his nose was at maximum capacity with 68 matches, but he also does not rule out the possibility of extending his record in the future. He told the organization, “For me, increasing the ability will require some training, or perhaps my nose will get bigger as I get older.”

Additionally, Mr Buskov said he was happy to set his own world record. He said, “I never thought I would get a record myself. I always try to look at the interesting and strange aspects of life. There are so many amazing things to experience, see or do, if we are open to it.” Stay.”

The 39-year-old said, “I hope this strange little record can remind people not to forget to play a little – and maybe inspire others to set records themselves.”

Now, according to GWR, Mr. Buskov is considering attempting another world record, which, like his current record, involves stuffing things into facial pores/ But if he were to succeed, he admitted That they will need to practice some more. “My son and I tried a few of them but none of us came anywhere near the record time,” he said.

Meanwhile, many users on social media reacted to this unusual record. One user wrote, “It’s amazing, people got talent.” Another said: “You look so funny…maybe this will hurt a little.”
