An “intentional” explosion was carried out at Harvard Medical School According to police, two people were seen running away from the building in the early hours of Saturday.
No injuries were reported during the explosion at an ivy league schoolThe Goldenson Building, located on Harvard’s Longwood Medical campus.
The incident occurred just before 3 am on Saturday morning.
According to the Harvard University Police Department, an officer responded after a fire alarm was activated and saw two people running from the building.
The Boston Fire Department Arson Unit determined the explosion was intentional and the FBI is assisting University Police at the scene. harvard crimson,
No additional explosive devices were found during an inspection of the building.
Police released grainy photos of two men with their faces covered and wearing what appeared to be sweatshirts. However, there was no further information on any suspects.
