Speaking on my podcast What’s My Age Again? On Tuesday (October 28), the comedian said that the incident, which left him unable to sleep for a week, happened after he shifted to his new home in 2019.
Bobby Kootstra said he encountered a masked man holding Ryan’s laptop, so he immediately “knocked him out the window”.
After falling to the ground, Bobby chases the thief and tackles him to the ground, but retreats when he sees that he has a knife.
“All of a sudden, a cop was driving by, I was pointing at the guy, like, this guy, this guy,” he said, explaining that the officer started following him, so he gave up chasing him.
