To borrow a phrase: “Boom, out of here!”

Secwar Pete Hegseth declared:

Yesterday, at the direction of President Trump, the War Department conducted three lethal kinetic strikes against four ships operated by designated terrorist organizations (DTOs) trafficking narcotics in the Eastern Pacific.

Yesterday, at the direction of President Trump, the War Department implemented Three Lethal kinetic strike continues Four Ships operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations (DTOs) trafficking drugs in the Eastern Pacific.

Four Our intelligence was aware of ships that were passing through known drug trafficking routes and carrying narcotics.

Eight During the first attack the ships were manned by male narco-terrorists. Four During the second attack, there were male narco-terrorists on board the ship. Three During the third attack, there were male narco-terrorists on board the ship. Total 14 Narco-terrorists killed during Three poke, with One Survivor. All attacks took place in international waters and caused no damage to US forces.

Regarding survivors, USSOUTHCOM immediately initiated search and rescue (SAR) standard protocols; Mexican SAR authorities accepted the case and assumed responsibility for coordinating the rescue.

The department has spent more than two decades protecting other homelands. Now, we are defending ourselves. These narco-terrorists have killed more Americans than al-Qaeda, and they will be treated the same. We will track them, we will network them and then, we will hunt them and kill them.

I finally bolded the main part that really stood out to me…

These narco-terrorists are exactly that: terrorists! And they have killed more Americans than al-Qaeda. We have no safe passage for them. Board your narco-terrorist boats at your own risk.

There really aren’t that many of them left at this point, could that be?

The Trump administration just blew up another narco-terrorist drug boat!

Watch it go bye here:

News and video coming straight from Seqvar Pete Hegseth:

– Secretary of War Pete Hegseth (@SecWar) 22 October 2025

Yesterday, at the direction of President Trump, the War Department conducted a deadly attack on a ship operated by a designated terrorist organization and conducting narco-trafficking in the Eastern Pacific.

Our intelligence had revealed that the ship was involved in illegal narcotics trafficking, was passing through a known narco-trafficking transit route and was carrying narcotics. Two narco-terrorists were aboard the ship during the attack, which was carried out in international waters. Both terrorists were killed in this attack and there was no loss to the American army.

Narco-terrorists intent on bringing poison to our shores will find no safe haven anywhere in our hemisphere. Just as Al Qaeda waged war on our homeland, these cartels are waging war on our border and our people. There will be no refuge or pardon – only justice.

Now, that’s what I’m talking about!

This particular drug boat was captured and destroyed as part of the ongoing Operation Pacific Viper.

The USCG website says they are currently seizing approximately 1,600 pounds of drugs per day.

And, since the start of the operation in August they have already caught at least 36 drug smugglers.

for one Press release From 4th September:

The U.S. Coast Guard announced Thursday that it has seized more than 40,000 pounds of cocaine in the eastern Pacific Ocean since launching Operation Pacific Viper in early August, an average of more than 1,600 pounds of cocaine seized per day.

These drug seizures, and the arrest of 36 suspected drug traffickers, were the result of 14 interdictions since August 8.

Through Operation Pacific Viper, the Coast Guard is intensifying counter-narcotics operations in the eastern Pacific Ocean, where significant transit of illicit narcotics from South America continues. In coordination with international and interagency partners, the Coast Guard is enhancing additional assets – cutters, aircraft and tactical teams – to interdict, seize and disrupt the transshipment of cocaine and other large quantities of illicit drugs. These operations continue the Coast Guard’s efforts to protect the homeland, project maritime law enforcement presence, and disrupt transnational criminal organizations and cartels seeking to produce and smuggle illegal drugs into the United States.

“The U.S. Coast Guard brings unique officers and unmatched capabilities as the world leader in maritime counter-narcotics operations,” said Rear Admiral Douglas Scofield, acting deputy commandant for operations. “Our Maritime Combat Force is accelerating counter-narcotics operations in the eastern Pacific Ocean. We are leveraging our full range of capabilities to disrupt transnational criminal organizations and cartels and prevent the scourge of illicit drugs from reaching our communities. The men and women of the Coast Guard will not waver in our efforts to control, secure, and defend America’s borders and maritime approaches – where America’s defense begins. it occurs.”

Reflecting the early success of Operation Pacific Viper, the Coast Guard Cutter Hamilton recently landed 76,140 pounds of illegal drugs in Port Everglades, Florida, including 61,740 pounds of cocaine and 14,400 pounds of marijuana. This historic milestone was the largest decommissioning in Coast Guard history, resulting in 19 interceptions in the international waters of the eastern Pacific Ocean and Caribbean Sea.

Detecting and interdicting drug traffickers on the high seas involves significant interagency and international coordination. U.S. Southern Command’s Joint Interagency Task Force-South, based in Key West, Florida, detects and monitors both air and sea transit of illicit drugs. Once the interdiction becomes imminent, the law enforcement phase of the operation begins, and control of the operation is transferred to the U.S. Coast Guard throughout the interdiction and apprehension. Interdiction in the eastern Pacific Ocean is conducted by members of the U.S. Coast Guard under the authority and control of the Coast Guard’s Southwest District, headquartered in Alameda, California.

The Coast Guard is the lead United States federal agency for maritime drug interdiction. We are part of the Department of Homeland Security team protecting our country and a military service and part of the joint force that protects it at all times.
