A speeding BMW overturned inside a tunnel on the Coastal Road near Tardeo, Mumbai on Tuesday night. No injuries were reported, but traffic was temporarily slowed and the incident went viral online.

No one was injured in the accident that occurred near Tardeo on the south side of the road on Tuesday night, he said.

Mumbai Traffic Police had alerted drivers about the accident through a post on X.
“Traffic is slow south of the coastal road (Tardeo) due to a BMW car accident,” he wrote.

Traffic police removed the car from the spot. Later, he shared another post about the resumption of vehicular movement on the road.
Officials said the accident is under investigation.
