Downing Street says that the government is not looking towards leaving ECHR

Downing Street said that the ministers are not suspended to leave a major human rights agreement or tighten the illegal stay in the UK law.

Asked if the government would consider leaving the ECHR as it attempts to struggle with the migration, the Prime Minister’s official spokesperson said: “As we said last week, it is one of the first governments, which is actually planning to take action on ECHR, which will repeat in his statement again in his statement, which is again at home to tighten the article.

PM repeats commitment to ECHR as the pressure increases considerably in the conference

The Prime Minister has reiterated his commitment to the ECHR as the pressure on the UK increases to leave the convention, warning his spokesperson warned that “it would not be easy to deport people by tearing international agreements”.

It comes after several high profile data, including former Labor Home Secretary Lord Blanket, called the government to reconsider its relations with ECHR.

“As we said last week, it is one of the first governments that have actually set a plan to take action on ECHR, plans that will determine the Home Secretary Article 8 to tighten the application”.

The government had said earlier this year that it would try to reduce the number of people claiming “extraordinary circumstances” over the right to family life, so that private and family life to stay in the UK under Article 8 of ECHR would have the right to private and family life.
