After his meeting with Sir Keir on Friday, President Zelancesi suggested that he and the PM fought the war-affection consequences of the Trump-Putin Summit.

In a message on X, the former Twitter, he described a “good, productive” meeting, with other European leaders and Sir Kir may include a deal to carry forward Europe’s concerns a day later.

“We continue to coordinate our positions,” he said. “We discussed the expectations and potential possibilities for the meeting in Alaska. We discussed in great detail that the security guarantee that could make peace can be truly durable if the United States is successful in preventing Russia kills and engaging in real, original diplomacy.”

Since the weekend, Europe has ralled behind Ukraine’s right to decide his own future, amid concerns over the boycott of Mr. Zelancesi from Friday’s summit.

Mr. Trump has threatened Russia with “serious consequences” if a ceasefire is rejected by its leader.
