The Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday recovered a large cash of arms and ammunition from Ghulam forest area of Kupwara district.
In a post on X, Army Chiner Corps said, “Based on specific intelligence inputs, a joint search operation was launched in the general area of the Ghulam Forest. During the operation, the security forces recovered stores like a war, including a pistol, explosives, ammunition and grenade.”
The army said, “The operation is still in progress, and further discoveries are being held in the area.”
