Bandipora, August 11, KDC: In a spectacular performance of patriotism and community spirit, District Administration Bandipora on Monday organized a mega tricolor rally under every house tricolor campaign 2025 as part of the run-up for the Independence Day celebrations.
On this occasion, MLA Bandipora Nizamuddin Bhat, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Indu Canwal Chib, and SSP Bandipora Harmeet Singh led the rally from the premises of SK Stadium Bandipora from the premises of Mini Secretariat Bandipora, in which women and children were a big tinth.
The event saw a big participation from people from all areas of life, including the district administration and police, students, women, youth, senior citizens and senior officials of the general public.
Thousands of participants proudly waved the tricolor, filled the wind with a symbol of unity, freedom and national pride, slogans and patriotic songs. The rally served as a vibrant festival of India’s national identity and reflected the collective commitment of the people of Bandipora for the values contained in Tirasak.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Bandipora Nizamuddin Bhat appreciated the enthusiastic participation of students, youth and citizens, and said that the purpose of every house tricolor campaign is to strengthen the spirit of nationality and encourage every house to hoist the national flag. He emphasized that the rally was part of a series of activities being conducted across the district in the run-up for Independence Day, which promoted the common sense of concerned and unity.
Similar tricolor rallies were also held in subdivisions including Gurez, Sumbal and other areas organized by various departments, municipal bodies and local institutions, ensuring that patriotism enthusiasts reached every corner of the district. (KDC)
