Israel faced global condemnation on military expansion in Gaza

Web Desk, 09/08/2025

Deir Al-Balah, Gaza Strip (AP)-International condemnation on Saturday rose on Israel’s decision for a military acquisition of Gaza city, while immediately changed to the ground in the area shattered by a 22-month war.

Health officials said 11 Palestinians seeking assistance were shot dead, and 11 adults died in the last 24 hours due to malnutrition related reasons.

The US special envoy Steve Witcoff was expected to meet with the Prime Minister of Qatar in Spain on Saturday, to discuss a new proposal to end the war, according to two officials familiar with the talks, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to talk with the media.

The mediator Egypt and Qatar are creating a new ceasefire structure that will include the release of all hostages – dead and living – in return for the end of the war at once and the return of Israeli forces, two billion officials have told the Associated Press.

‘Close the country’

The families of the hostages were again rally on Saturday evening so that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government could be under pressure. Thought to be alive And struggling.

“The living will be murdered and the fallen will be lost forever” if the aggressive moves forward, Anni Jangukar said, whose son is held in Matan Gaza. He asked the Israelis to help “the hostages, soldiers and the Israel state … closed the country.”

A joint statement from nine countries, including Germany, Britain, France and Canada, stated that they “firmly” the Israeli’s decision for large -scale military operations “strongly”, saying that it would spoil the “frightening human status”, endanger hostage and higher risk disposal. He said that any effort in attachment or disposal in Gaza violates international law.

A separate statement by more than 20 countries, including Egyptians and Qatar, a ceasefire with Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates, called Israel’s decision “dangerous and unacceptable growth”. Meanwhile, Russia said that Israel’s plan will increase the “already very dramatic situation” in Gaza.

The United Nations Security Council planned an emergency meeting on Sunday. And Germany has said that it will not be authorized Military equipment export For Israel which can be used until next notice in Gaza.

Killed with help

Officials of Nasir and AWDA hospitals said that Israeli forces killed at least 11 people seeking assistance in southern and central Gaza. Some aids were waiting for trucks, while others were reaching at the distribution points.

Israel’s army refused to open the fire and said it was unaware of the incidents. The military Israeli-supported and US-supported Gaza secures leading routes to the distribution sites run by the Humanitarian Foundation, which did not immediately respond to the remarks request.

Two witnesses told AP that Israeli soldiers fired towards a crowd going near a GHF distribution site in a military area, Netzerim Corridor, who cuts Gaza. A witness, Ramadan Gabber said that the snipers and the tank opened fire on the support seekers, forcing them to back down.

In Dir al-Balah in Central Gaza, some aids made the latest aids happy. What hundreds of people could do, ran to catch them, although many people have humiliated the process. Assistance organizations have called aircraft expensive, insufficient and potentially dangerous for people on the ground.

Israel’s army stated that at least 106 packages were aircraft on Saturday as Italy and Greece first joined the multicontory attempt. Footage of Italy’s Ministry of Defense not only showed the packages being parachted on Gaza, but also drought and destroyed down.

“This method is not for humans, it is for animals,” a person said, Mahmood Havella, who said he was stabbed while trying to secure an aircraft.

The barefoot children collected rice, pasta and lentils which had spread from the package on the ground.

The United Nations and partners, whose existing assistance distribution system has been criticized by Israel, has repeatedly called for trucks waiting outside Gaza, not only in the area, but also for the destinations inside it.

Hunger death

Gaza’s Health Ministry said that 11 and adults died in the last 24 hours due to reasons related to malnutrition, causing a total of 114 as it started counting such adult deaths in late June. It states that 98 children have been killed due to malnutrition -related reasons since the war began on 7 October 2023 with Hamas -led attack on Southern Israel, in which militants killed about 1,200 people and kidnapped 251.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said at a news conference in Egypt, “Israel is taking Palestinians in an near -case position that they leave their land voluntarily.”

The toll of the 61,300 Palestinian ministry in the war does not include hunger tolls. The Ministry does not distinguish between the parties, fighters or citizens by the part of the Hamas-operated government and by medical professionals, but says that about half of the dead are women and children. The United Nations and independent experts consider it to be the most reliable source of war casualties.

The Israel is disputed on the Ministry of Ministry, but has not provided his own.
