Disappointed with the conduct of the administrator, to prevent us from remembering martyrs: Altaf Bukhari

His party president Altaf Bukhari strongly condemned the Jammu and Kashmir administration on Sunday, allowing him and his party to prevent the 1931 martyrs from paying tribute to the martyrs’ days.

In a statement issued here, Bukhari said that after being denied permission to visit Mazar-e-Shahuhada in Naqshband Sahib, where they intended to offer prayers for the 1931 martyrs-the administration carried forward his work by closing his party headquarters in Sarinagar to block a planned monument incident.

Bukhari said, “A large number of police personnel were posted near my residence in Sheikh Bagh to prevent me from reaching the party office and attending a peaceful prayer meeting.” He also revealed that the police were stationed outside the homes of several senior leaders and workers of the party, which hurrics their participation in today’s memory.

These measures “calling the clear and clear examples of high and powerful behavior, Bukhari questioned the argument behind the restrictions.” What is the purpose of stopping the martyrs from remembering the day, and how it serves the authorities? “He asked.

He emphasized that the APNI party had no intention of harassing the public order and demanded to remember the martyrs only through peaceful prayers and reflections. He said, “As a peace-loving and citizens who follow the law, we must have quietly committed these activities, without creating any disruption in law and order,” he said.

Expressing deep disappointment with the conduct of the administration, Bukhari confirmed that no work of suppression could eradicate the memory of the 1931 martyrs. He said, “Their memory remains in our hearts, and any obstacle can prevent us from honoring them in depth of our hearts,” he said, except the public to judge the fairness of the government’s actions.
