24-hour Hacaton Codede Kashmir 2025 begins to inspire future technologists in NIT Srinagar

Srinagar, July 12, KDC: 24-Gunte Ki Hacathan, much awaited Kodede Kashmir 2025, officially started at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar.

It is dedicated to the first year graduate students of the first year of the first year of the Kashmir region to provide them a unique opportunity to dive into the world of technology, coding and innovation.

The event is being organized by the students of Technology Club in coordination with Team Codede, Kodede Kashmir 2025 in NIT Srinagar from 12 July to 13th. It is eager to simultaneously detect technology through the projects with hands with enthusiastic young minds.

Speaking in the inaugural session, the registrar of the institute, Prof. Atikur Rahman said that NIT is proud to provide a platform to Srinagar which nourishes the talent of students in Kashmir. Incidents such as coded not only promote technical skills, but also inspire young innovators to think beyond boundaries and create impressive solutions. ,

He said, “The success of Koded Kashmir 2025 is the result of hard work and dedication of the organizers including faculty members and student teams in NIT Srinagar. Their joint efforts ensure a smooth, inspirational experience for all participants,” he said.

Pro. Rahman said that this small hackathon was directed by director NIT Srinagar, Prof. Binod Kumar is fully supported by Kanaujia, whose vision and incentives have played an important role in hosting such iconic events.

“Last year, NIT Srinagar hosted the Smart India Hacathan (SIH), which saw participation from students across India, further established the institute as a center for innovation and technical excellence in the region,” he said.

The two -day hackathon has a series of workshops and sessions designed to create basic skills and inspire creativity. It began with an basic workshop, which focuses on scratch programming, which enables beginners to understand the basic principles of coding.

Subsequently, an advanced workshop on large language models (LLMS) was organized, giving students insight into state -of -the -art technology. Participants are also engaged in a Github workshop to learn important skills for any software developer, associate coding and version control.

The program includes a guest speaker session, which features the famous technologist Afan Bilal set for Sunday evening. The closing ceremony will mark the culmination of hackathon, celebrating the hard work and creativity of all participants.

The main idea behind Kodede Kashmir is to promote innovation by encouraging students to develop and develop technology projects that solve real -world problems. By bringing a diverse group of participants together, the program aims to nurture a vibrant technical community in Kashmir.

On this occasion, one of the major organizers, Dr. Ikra Altaf said that “Codede Kashmir 2025 is much higher than just one competition. It is a lively celebration of learning, creativity and teamwork.

He said, “It inspires the next generation of technologists and innovators to dream big and equip them with equipment to shape a better future. We believe that promoting such culture of innovation and cooperation among the youth will have a permanent impact on the technical scenario of Kashmir.”

Hafsah Muzaffar, the regional manager of Kodede Kashmir, said the main idea behind the incident is to promote innovation by encouraging students to develop and develop technology projects that solve real -world problems. By bringing a diverse group of participants together, the program aims to nurture a vibrant technical community in Kashmir.

The Kodede Kashmir 2025 team includes Hafsah Muzafar and Mohammad Hammad as regional managers, serving as Damin Asha, Mohammad Saad, Mohsin Nasir and Abdul Muiz as organizers and bosses.

Aqib Javid Bhat contributes as an organizer and Github campus specialist. Zainab Iqbal leads marketing, while Abdullah bin Zubair is the head of social media. Mentor Esssa Race, Ayman Makaro, and Riza Khan provide major guides to participants.

Codede, originally established in the United States, now hosts events around the world. Kodede Kashmir is a fully student-led and volunteer-operated, supported by sponsors such as Github, Yubico, J&K Bank and New City Hospital.

In this program, the participants were seen from the age of 10 to 20 years. Day One included three skill-based workshops organized by volunteers with the guidance of PhD students.

Each two-hour session was designed to equip students with basic knowledge that they could immediately apply in hackathon. (KDC)
