Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is searching for a driver, who fled from the spot after a collision on Highway 401 near Weston Road.
The Toronto OPP officer was investigating a separate accident at around 1:30 pm on June 23 at West Bound Express Lane, when he was informed about a second collision in the area.
The OPP stated that the driver of a black lexus was operated by another driver of silver or gray Honda civic, causing Black Lexas to hit a concrete barrier and a police vehicle.
The driver of the Honda Civic ran away, the OPP said.
The driver of the Black Lexus was rushed to the hospital with non-janleva injuries. No other injuries were reported.
OPP officials said they are looking for help in identifying any details about the driver or silver or gray Honda civic, which is believed to have a loss on the right.
