Srinagar, 03 July: The Economic Offenses Wing, Srinagar (Crime Branch Kashmir) on Thursday filed a charge sheet against Numan Farooq Wani, who allegedly submitted a fake medical certificate including MCI registration certificate at the time of his engagement at Skims Bemina, Srinagar.
According to a press release issued to Rising Kashmir, Crime Branch Kashmir said, “Economic Offenses Wing, Srinagar (Crime Branch Kashmir) presented the charge sheet in the case.
The brief fact of the case is that the Economic Offenses Wing, Srinagar (Crime Branch Kashmir) received a complaint alleging that a fake doctors such as Skims Medical College and Hospital Bemina Srinagar, a Numan Farooq Wani working in Srinagar, has been drawing salaries from the treasury of the government on the basis of unmatched Farooq Wani and Fake Medical Registration Certificate since December 2016.
It has been further alleged that MBBS MD certificate and registration certificates from MCI and State Medical Council are fake. On receiving this complaint, a case FIR number 01/2023 was registered in P/S Economic Offex Wing Srinagar (CBK).
The case was conducted as an investigation, it was proved against the above that the accused person for the crime of the accused person, U/S420, 468, 471, 201 RPC and the charge-report (challan) of the Tatkal case (challan) has been presented in the Honorable Court of Srinagar for judicial assessment accordingly.
