Udhampur, 16 June: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today participated in the Passing-Out Parade of the 26th Batch and Probationers Deputy Superintendent (DSSP) 17th batch and Probationers Deputy Admissions (PSIS) 26th batch passing-out parade at SKPA, Udampur.

A total of 49 Deputy Superintendents of Police and 1112 Probational Deputy Superinters (PSIS) completed their strict training at the Police Academy today.

In his address, the Lieutenant Governor congratulated all the passing out police officers and called them to maintain J&K police values, traditions and ethos.

“For thousands of years, an important part of our society, a group of warriors is making supreme sacrifice to establish the victory of religion over Edharam. Those warriors have the creative power of Lord Brahma, the nutritional power of Lord Vishnu and the full power of Lord Shiva. Lieutenant Governor said.

He paid tribute to the brave-listening of the Jammu and Kashmir Police, who has given his life for the nation.

The Lieutenant Governor said, “I am proud of our brave personnel and officials of the Jammu and Kashmir Police. The whole nation looked at our police force with praise and respect for professional capacity to deal with security challenges on many fronts and join terrorism.”

The Lieutenant Governor saw that brave personnel should protect the whole society in every possible way to ensure peace, development and stability.

“Our ancient value focuses on- truth, justice, morality, law and good governance- and these values ​​need to be preserved and nurtured by J&K police,” he said.

The Lieutenant Governor asked the J&K police force to use artificial intelligence to use modern technology, so that the security threats can enhance their ability to collect and analyze data to combat the dangers, to prevent fanaticism and victory over unfavorable conditions.

“The complete elimination of terrorism from the soil of Jammu and Kashmir is our top priority. Our powerful warriors of Jammu and Kashmir Police should adopt a multi-dimensional approach and exploit the power of intelligence, community engagement, technology and inter-agency cooperation.

Despite notable changes in technology, there is no option to beat policing and field policing. Therefore, we have to bring beat policing to the center of the security system. The Lieutenant Governor said that we should create a good balance between Techint and Humint to strengthen overall anti-terrorism efforts.

The Lieutenant Governor asked the police personnel to focus on promoting collective vigilance in communities.

He said that this collective vigilance would not only enable the police force to ensure a coordinated response against terrorists, but will also strengthen the trust with all sections of the society.

In his address, the Lieutenant Governor emphasized the anti-operated anti-terrorism operations.

“I have given a free hand to Jammu and Kashmir Police Force and security forces to deal with terrorists and terrorist eco-system within Jammu and Kashmir.

The Lieutenant Governor said that we should be brought for justice for the target strike on the OGWS network and providing logical and financial assistance to the terrorists.

The Lieutenant Governor also enhanced his dirt to all the trainers and officers and officers of the PSI family members and officers of the family members of the Police Academy.

Shri Garib Das, Director, Udampur Police Academy gave information about the program and various activities organized during the training course.

The training program equipped with new criminal laws, artificial intelligence, cybercrime, nose-lifetime, general war, field craft and strategy, counter-conversion, counter-engineers, human rights and high proficiency in law and order.
