Shalen Kabra started online services for Central Record Room Jammu, Srinagar

Financial Commissioner Revenue, Shalene Kabra, today launched online services to Central Records Room Jammu and Kashmir, which aims to improve public access to government programs and increase civil services.

These services have been integrated with the JK Revenue Portal and are part of a comprehensive initiative to streamline government processes, reduce bureaucracy obstacles and provide more convenient, efficient access to essential services. These online services included access to important revenue related documents which are available in the central record rooms of Jammu and Srinagar.

The major benefits for the citizens of this initiative will be more convenience to reach the services without the need to go to the central record room Jammu and Srinagar in Jammu and Srinagar. In addition, it will ensure less waiting time, easily submit the application to better efficiency, rapid reactions, increased transparency and low paperwork.

Citizens can avail these services by visiting jkrevenue.nic.in through their computer, smart phone or tablet. The Revenue Department has confirmed its commitment to continuously expand its digital offerings to meet the developed needs of the public and to further increase government service distribution.
