Temslink Passengers have faced long delays due to a major power outage between two London stations, with many passengers stuck for hours.
Issues were reported at around 8 am due to power failure between London St. Pancris and West Hampsad, in which lines are blocked in both directions.
Passengers have shared images on X, which were earlier known as Twitter, they complain about their train trains falling into the darkness that they were waiting for more than three hours to be emptied for more than three hours.
A spokesperson of Themslink said: “If your train has come to a stand between stations, please stay on the board and do not try to leave the train until it is directed by a member of the employees.
“We know where you are and we are working to move you up soon.”
The latest customer advice is that any Temslink customer who has not started his journey yet, should delay the journey till tomorrow, because no trains are able to run among the London Blacks and Kentish town until further notice.
“If you are traveling now, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to reach your destination, and any journey you take will take at least 60 minutes more than normal and will involve using alternative transport operators through the central London region,” the train operator said.
Taking it on social media, an disgruntled traveler said: “Why has no one helped people in a train stuck outside the Kentish Town station? They are barely stuck with any information for three hours on it.”
Another said: “Why didn’t you take us out first, I missed my flight because of this. Full closer and derogatory.”
