Organized with two weapons, ammunition in shopkeeper

Shopian, May 19: Officials today said that Jammu and Kashmir Police and security forces have arrested two terrorist colleagues in DK Pora area of ​​shopkeepers district of South Kashmir.

An official said a joint operation was launched by the Army’s 34RR, Shopian Police and CRPF 178 Battalion.

He said that two persons were held in a Naka in DK Pora area under the jurisdiction of Imam Sahib Police Station.

The official said two pistols, two magazines, dozens of rounds, two grenades and other weak materials were recovered from them.

Those arrested were identified as Zahid Ahmed Sheikh of DK Pora and Anwar Khan of Katwa.

The official said that FIR No 25/2025, Section 13,18, 20, 39, 7/27 IA Act has been registered at Police Station Imam Saheb.
