Minister Javed Rana welcomed the ceasefire agreement between India and Pakistan, which stressed JKNC’s prolonged commitment for structured dialogues. During his conversation with the media, Minister Rana also indicated merciful appointments for the next (NOKS) of the victims of Cross-Loka Shelling.
When asked about the possible assistance to the victim families, Minister Rana revealed that Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has indicated these families within the purview of SRO-43, for which the necessary orders will be followed.
“There is no alternative to dialogue,” Minister Rana insisted, “The war brings only mutual destruction and does not help anyone.”
Earlier today, Minister Rana, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and Advisor Nasir Aslam, with local MLAs. Muhammad Akatam and Ajaz Jaan, assessing the loss of life and property caused by the struggle, engaged with civil society in Poonch.
