Breaking: Indian armed forces handle Operation Sindoor against 9 terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan, the address

Web Desk, 07/05/2025

New Delhi, May 7, KDC: India said on Wednesday that it has launched military strikes on Pakistan and Pakistan -occupied Kashmir, in which terrorist infrastructure was targeted in vengeance against barbaric terrorist attacks in Pahgam, killing 26 civilians.

The Indian Army said that nine sites were targeted in the strike under ‘Operation Sindoor’.

The army said in a statement on Wednesday, “A while ago, the Indian armed forces started ‘Operation Sindoor’, hitting the terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan -occupied Jammu and Kashmir, where terrorist attacks against India have been planned and directed.”

It states that the works done by the Indian armed forces have been “concentrated, measured and non-escleratory” in nature.

The Indian Army said, “No Pakistani military facilities have been targeted. India has demonstrated considerable restraint in the selection of goals and method of execution.”

Two weeks after the Pahgam terror attack on 22 April, India’s actions were creating wide resentment in India and abroad.

The army said in a statement, “These steps come in view of the barbaric Pahalgam terrorist attack in which 25 Indians and a Nepali citizen were killed.”

“We are living for this commitment that those responsible for this attack will be held accountable,” said this.

At a high-level meeting with the top defense brass, on 29 April, Prime Minister Modi gave the armed forces “complete operational freedom”, which was to take the mode, target and time decision of the response to the Pahgam terror attack.

Modi also emphasized the national resolution to deal with “crushing terrorism”. (KDC)
