Prince Harry’s hopes of ‘reputation revival’ hinge on return to UK

Prince Harry has been urged to maintain a close relationship with the royal family to ensure the success of his charity The Invincible Games.

The Duke of Sussex will return to the UK next month to attend a ceremony at St Paul’s Cathedral to mark the tenth anniversary of the London Olympics.

Towards daily expressPR expert Edward Coram-James said: “Harry has a clear path to restoring his reputation. From a PR perspective, you don’t cut yourself off from your lifeline.”

He explained: “It is assumed that the Duke has read the tea leaves and has the objectivity and discipline to execute an ongoing transformation rooted in an enduring commitment to a cause like Indomitable , then I do believe that his popularity will increase significantly in the coming years.”

The expert also reflected on the possibility of the Invincible Games going ahead without royal representatives.

Edward claimed: “This is one of the few remaining areas where Harry is favored by the public.” He added: “In many ways, however, the event has outgrown its founder. The Invictus no longer rely on Harry for media focus on.”
