Fighter actor Chandan Anand reacts to criticism of Hrithik Roshan’s film: ‘Nothing was found…’ | Exclusive

Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone’s aerial action film “Fighter” was released in January this year amid much anticipation. The film is directed by Siddharth Anand and this is his third collaboration with the two actors. However, this marks Siddharth’s first film with actor Chandan Anand, who now calls himself a fan of the director.

In an exclusive chat with News18 Showsha, Chandan Anand reveals why he is a “fan” of the director and why “Fighter” is a “blessing”. He said: “He is young, charming and passionate about his craft. It is a pleasure for any actor to work with a master director.”

Chandan added, “I thought I was playing a small role, which was not doing any justice to my craft. But I was wrong. I realized that when you are under the guidance of a master director, even the smallest The frame was a success for you too. It was a learning experience for me to see how big movies are made. I have been working for various companies for over 20 years but my best decision was signing this movie . As an actor, you feel that your role must be fleshy, so that the audience will respect you. But I was wrong. One of my drama teachers once said, ‘There are no small roles, only small actors.'”

“When I finished shooting, I told Mr. Siddharth, ‘This is a film that will be watched by generations.’ It was a massive project and no one had made a film like this with a fighter jet. His vision Very encouraging to everyone on site. As captain of this ship, the ease with which he managed the crew and made it a successful project was amazing,” he added.

“I texted him and said, ‘Thank you sir for this opportunity and I hope you continue to make great movies.'” It was his first movie under the Marflix umbrella, and it was an amazing experience. I would say it’s a blessing to be a part of the Fighters,” Chandan said.

Talking about the criticism surrounding the film’s dialogue, Chandan said, “Criticism always happens in all fields. Agar sab kuch dekhne aur sunne lagenge toh gadbad ho jayegi (If we pay attention to everything, we will be in trouble). As As a team, we made a wonderful film. I didn’t find anything bad about the film. Maybe it’s because I was a part of it, but even from another perspective, it’s a great piece of work. This It was not easy. The CG work is mainly bhi bilkul nahi laga hai ki kahi pe glitch hai (there is no work in the CG work either). The film is very fast paced. It is a visual treat for me. It is a different genre of cinema. Universal si dialogue jaise fighter pilot baat karte hain, education cheezein thodi na daalni hai (We don’t have to add educational dialogue). The dialogues fit the concept and the film was made just right.”

Siddharth Anand’s Fighter also stars Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, Akshay Oberoi, Sangeeta Sheikh, Tha Rat Aziz, Pradum Shukla and Pradum Jakhar. The film was released on January 25 and performed well at the box office. The film is currently close to Rs. It has grossed Rs 350 crore at the global box office (total box office).
