For Russian tourist Andrew, the wait for snowfall and trying out his skiing skills at Afarwat Ski Resort, a famous ski resort in northern Kashmir, was worth it.

Picturesque Gulmarg, known for its stunning scenery and world-class skiing, has become a hotspot for adventurers and nature lovers after recent snowfall ended a drought of more than two months.
