Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Divya Malhotra of the Rouse Avenue court had directed Kejriwal to appear before the court on February 17, before the court heard a complaint filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) against Kejriwal for non-compliance with summons.
