Rising actress Isabel Tate has died at the age of 23, her agency announced Thursday.
Tate appeared in the pilot of 9-1-1: Nashville, byproduct of hit abc series 9-1-1, Which was filmed in June and premiered on October 9. She played the role of Julie, who attends a bachelorette party where an accident occurs.
The cause of his death is not clear.
“We are very sad to announce that Isabelle Tate passed away on October 19. She was 23 years old,” the McCray agency said in a statement.

According to the obituary, Tate is survived by her parents, stepfather and sister. The Tennessee native graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in May with a bachelor’s degree in business.
The obituary said, “Isabel loved to volunteer her time for all things animals, especially animals – her idea of a fun outing was to visit an animal shelter and share a lot of love.”
“Isabel was full of fire, a warrior, she never once made excuses for the fact that she might be more disabled than others. She was also quite interested in music, often spending hours with friends writing and recording songs and even publishing some. The actress’s last post on Instagram was in 2022, in which she talked about suffering from a progressive neuromuscular disease at the age of 13. He had said that this disease meant that his legs would become weak over time.
“Recently, it’s really progressed and I’ve come to the conclusion that if I want to live my life to the fullest I have to use a wheelchair sometimes,” she shared. “This has been a difficult journey for me because it has been difficult to accept help and surrender to the progression of this condition.”
His agency confirmed that Tate has a rare form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, which is a neurological disorder.

After the news of her death, tributes started pouring in for the young actress on social media.
“What a beautiful sentiment. I did her makeup for episode 1,” TV makeup artist Jennifer Garner wrote on Instagram. 911 nashvilleWill miss him.”
