The Indian Consulate in New York on Sunday expressed its “deepest condolences” to the family of Arshia Joshi, a 21-year-old Indian woman who died in a car accident in Pennsylvania on March 21.
The consulate said it was in contact with the woman’s family and local community leaders while ensuring all possible assistance to repatriate her body to India.
