Zayn Malik reveals his biggest regret from One Direction days

Zayn Malik recalled a time in his life when he didn’t appreciate certain things, including his stint in One Direction.

The 31-year-old singer said, “I feel like I took things too seriously. I’m grateful that I’m able to be happier now.” “I can really enjoy things and have my own perspective. You know, like the glass half full versus half empty. That’s my choice. I get to decide what that is.”
