Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said French President Emmanuel Macron’s recent visit to India and participation in Republic Day celebrations will surely boost Indo-France friendship.
The French President paid a two-day visit to India last month and attended India’s Republic Day celebrations on January 26 as the chief guest.
On Sunday, Macron shared a video clip of the visit on the Macron, it is an honor to have you in India.” Prime Minister Modi said: “Your visit and participation in the Republic Day celebrations will definitely enhance the friendship between India and France.”

India and France on January 26 unveiled an ambitious defense industry roadmap to jointly develop critical military hardware and finalized plans for space situational awareness, while Tata Group and Airbus announced after talks between Modi and Macron Joint construction of H125 helicopter.
