Triumph Motorcycles unveils its latest offering daytona 660for the world.

This attractive and aggressive sports bike is now making waves in the market as the dealerships have opened their doors for enthusiasts and are unofficially accepting bookings with a token amount of Rs. 50,000, as reported by Motorbeam.

The British manufacturer is preparing to introduce this powerhouse in the Indian market in the coming months, with an estimated starting price of around Rs. 9 lakh (ex-showroom).

Design and Features:

The Triumph Daytona 660 stands out in the manufacturer’s sport bike lineup, sharing the 660 platform with the Trident 660 and Tiger Sport 660.

What sets it apart is its advanced 660cc inline-triple engine, which produces 95bhp and 69Nm of torque. This powerful sports model will be an exciting and dynamic riding experience on the open road.

The bike’s design exudes aggressiveness and agility, thanks to its tubular steel perimeter frame and double-sided fabricated steel swingarm.

Display:

The heart of the Daytona 660 lies in its advanced engine capabilities. The 660cc inline-triple engine is mated to a wet, multi-plate, slip-and-assist clutch, mated to a smooth 6-speed gearbox.

This combination ensures precise gear shifts and optimal power delivery, allowing riders to utilize the machine’s full potential. With 95bhp at your fingertips, the Daytona 660 promises good performance on the roads.

Suspension and Braking:

At the front are Showa 41mm Upside-Down Separate Function forks with Big Piston technology, providing a smooth ride with 110mm of wheel travel.

At the rear, a Showa mono-shock RSU with preload adjustment provides 130 mm of wheel travel, ensuring stability and control.

The braking system is equally impressive, consisting of 4-piston radial calipers and twin 310 mm floating discs with ABS at the front and single-piston sliding caliper and single 220 mm fixed disc with ABS at the rear.

When released in the Indian market, the Triumph Daytona 660 will face competition from strong rivals like the Kawasaki Ninja 650 and the Honda CBR650R.
