A northern bay person who was allegedly independent of bail terms for a separate incident twice, participated from York Regional Police at high rates of speed during the week period in Georgina, investigators say he was eventually unabated, allegedly deteriorated and to carry a loaded handgun.
Officials first traveled to a red Nissan Kashakai at a high rate in the fields of Woodbine Avenue and Riverglan Drive on 10 July.
York police said, “The vehicle was going in the opposite direction. When the authorities entered into an attempt to operate the traffic stop, the vehicle ran at a high speed.”
A week later on Thursday, July 17, police say they saw the same vehicle in the area of Woodbine Avenue and Boys Road.
A police helicopter started monitoring the car. The video released by the police depicts suspected racing southbound on highway 404, and is out in highway 7 in Richmond Hill.

The police alleged in a release, “The suspected vehicle drove several red lights and was seen running incorrectly.” “Despite the officials deploying tire deflation equipment, the vehicle continued traveling on all four rims in the city of Arora.”
The video suggests that the authorities flying from a damaged vehicle before taking the suspect into custody at the end.
“In the interest of public safety, the authorities deliberately approached the vehicle and the driver was taken into custody without injury.”
Police say the subsequent discovery of the vehicle exposed a loaded handgun (painted below). Investigators also alleged that the suspect was impaired with a drug when he was arrested.

21 -year -old Dakota Dr. of Northern Bay, faces the following allegations:
- Flight from peace officer x2
- Dangerous operation x2
- Failed to comply with X3
- Drug
- Careless storage of a gun
- Gourd storage
- Unauthorized occupation of a gun
- Unauthorized occupation in a motor vehicle
- Akritastra is unauthorized to know its possession
- Prohibited or restricted guns
“At the time of these crimes, the accused were tied to the terms arising out of unrelated charges and were currently on bail,” said the York Police.
