As of 7:05 am on Friday, December 19, the overall AQI level of national capital Delhi was recorded at 387, according to Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB)’s Sameer mobile application data.
The data revealed that 16 out of 40 active pollution monitoring stations in Delhi recorded AQI ranging from 401 to 500 levels.
Anand Vihar recorded an AQI level of 442, while Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range station recorded an AQI level of 423. Pollution recording of Dwarka Sector-8 showed 429 AQI. ITO and Jahangirpuri monitoring stations showed AQI levels of 409 and 401 respectively.
